About

I’m a first-gen Taiwanese immigrant that grew up in the southern US, a karaoke enthusiast, and an introvert who names and praises their plants.

Professionally, I’ve been a gameplay animator in the games industry since 2012. I’ve had the privilege of working with many talented teams and exciting games, and the joy of growing my career path in both senior-level craft roles as well as director-leadership roles.

Projects I’ve contributed to include: Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Anthem, Paladins, SMITE, the NBALive Series, and Dungeon Defenders II. (My favorite kind of games are chill craft-y ones, thanks for asking!)

I’m currently a proud mentor for the Animation Diversity Foundation and a peer panelist for the D.I.C.E. Awards. In the past, I have co-hosted the Animation Roundtables at the annual Game Developers Conference, lead a workshop on animation direction at Konsoll Game Conference, spoken at and supported the team behind the Animation Exchange online conference, and co-hosted the now-lovingly-retired podcast “A Keyframe of Mind”.

I consult for gameplay animation and (sometimes) draw slice-of-life comics. You can find me lurking (also only sometimes) on Bluesky.
